CLEO®/Europe-EQEC 2023 registrations are closed.

Prior registering please read all the instructions below and then proceed with the registration.
Registration is open to all members of the scientific and technical community subject to payment of a fee. Each participant (speaker, poster presenter or conference attendant) is requested to register online.

As a speaker or poster presenter at CLEO®/Europe-EQEC 2023, you are required to register for the CLEO®/Europe-EQEC meeting.
Plenary, Tutorial, Keynote Speakers and Short Course instructors, local, program and general chairs will have their registration fees waived. If in this case, information on how to register will be directly sent. The other contributors and all other participants will have to pay a fee as detailed below.

Members of the co-organising societies are eligible for reduced fees.

Applications for the EPS Individual Membership can only be valid for members having paid their 2023 membership fee.
Applications for the National Society Membership fee can only be valid if the applicant can show a proof showing that she/he has paid for her/his 2023 fees at the National Society. Please send the proof to conferences@eps.org. View list of the National Societies.

Registration for the meeting includes

Admission to all technical sessions of the 2023 Conference on Lasers and Electro-Optics/Europe – European Quantum Electronics Conference (CLEO®/Europe-EQEC) to take place from 26 to 30 June 2023, Munich, Germany.
– Online technical digest (1-page summaries) with login and password.
– Entrance to any collocated LASER World of PHOTONICS conference.
– Entrance to the Laser World of Photonics fair, application panels on the exhibition floor.


Short Courses are proposed at additional cost. These are intended for engineers and scientists.
Conference dinner is proposed at a special additional cost.

All registration fees are net prices exempt from Value Added Tax.
The European Physical Society is a French registered association for non profit and is not liable to VAT. For this reason the Society does not possess a VAT number.

(*) Applications for the EPS member fee are valid for EPS Individual Members and for all Members belonging to the 42 National Physical Societies as defined here.
(**) Applications for the student rate must send a scanned copy of their official student identity card during the online registration in order to have their registration validated.

Prior registering, please make sure that you fulfil all the covid-19 rules in effect in Bavaria, Germany (see below). The conference management will only accept participants fulfilling these conditions. As the regulations can change quickly, we recommend linking to the relevant information page on the Messe München website. This is always up to date and informs about the applicable regulations.

Registration and payment policy:
Only electronic registrations are accepted. The managing society will keep the right to accept/refuse participants in case online registration was not done.
Registration will be considered as completed when the payment is processed and confirmed by the managing team. The managing team will turn the registration to completed when the registration fees are received at their bank (for bank transfer or credit card payments).

Note: Universities’ “Bon de Commande” or “Purchase orders” are not accepted.

Refund and cancellation policy:
All requests for refunds must be received in writing by Thursday, 8 June 2023. A € 50.00 service charge will be assessed for processing refunds. Requests for refunds are to be sent to conferences@eps.org. All registrations received after Thursday, 8 June 2023 are non-refundable.


Photography:

Attendance at, or participation in, the 2023 CLEO/Europe-EQEC constitutes consent to the use and distribution by EPS of the attendee’s image for informational, publicity, promotional and/or reporting purposes in print or electronic communications media.
Video recording by participants and other attendees during the conference is not allowed.
Photographs of copyrighted PowerPoint or other slides are for personal use only and are not to be reproduced or distributed.
