Drawing from diverse backgrounds in the scientific and technical domains, the invited speakers will reflect on their individual journeys, highlighting key decision points, opportunities encountered, and challenges overcome during the shift from academia to the industrial sector.

The objective of this session is to provide valuable insights for early-career researchers and students who are considering career paths beyond academia.
