Post-deadline Submissions

The CLEO®/Europe-EQEC 2025 post-deadline paper submission system is open.

The purpose of post-deadline papers will be to give conference participants the opportunity to hear new and significant results in rapidly advancing areas. Papers covering original, unpublished work on the conference topics will be accepted as oral presentations only (10-min each, 7 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for questions). Two concurrent 90-minute sessions are scheduled to take place on Thursday evening of the conference, showcasing 18 presentations total. 

Post-deadline papers will be refereed and will be highly competitive. Only those papers judged to be truly excellent and compelling in their timeliness will be accepted for presentation.

The deadline to submit is Monday, April 14, 2025, 23:59 Paris CST. No further extension will be possible. Papers should be submitted to only one conference. Only electronic submissions will be accepted.

Notification will be sent to selected authors mid-May.

Authors must obtain appropriate approval to have their paper reviewed by and presented to an international audience. Submitting is open to all members of the scientific and technical community.
